Broadway Manor is a beautiful community comprised of 85 apartment homes located in Newark, NJ. and is the 5th property in the Westside Portfolio which CRM started managing late last year. Broadway Manor was purchased by Hudson Valley Property Group (HVPG) and increases the number of properties that we manage for HVPG to 24.
